Good work results require stable steering and support. The implementation of GM as a cross-sectional task is a dynamic process that needs watching. The findings gained should be continuously fed back into the process. So planning for evaluation and monitoring control should therefore also be built into the implementation concept. The experience gathered can then be used to optimize the existing implementation concept.
