Controlling in connection with the strategy Gender Mainstreaming means for the German Federal Government for example
a) Controlling as support for the implementation of Gender Mainstreaming (Joint Rules of Procedure for the Federal Government (GGO)) within the Federal Government
The implementation of GM can be assured by way of a controlling process. To this end
- the aims in terms of gender equality policy must be clearly identified for each measure,
- the evaluation criteria for achieving these aims must be set out,
- communication must be secured.
