Policy fields

Policy fields are the various tasks which must be undertaken in e.g. all public administrations independently of subject areas (which are the specialist topics in terms of content). It is therefore a task for all departments, even if to a different extent, to issue laws, write reports, undertake public relations work, award subsidies, etc. in this spirit. The implementation of GM in policy fields is always founded on similar bases, which are relatively independent of the respective subject area.
